Left by his crew into the blue
Cannons beside, in case storms arrive

Dark is the sea, the skies, the deep await for him
He flies to the end, no birds on his way
Drowning his life, embrace by the tide

She sings for nights and days but always seems unheard
Her deep and mournful cry remains hushed by the tide

A presence unawared who feels that's left away
But noone saw the tears the water have concealed
When hope was lost and sore, a figure from above
As lonely as herself, revived what then was dead

He's making her whole
The light shinning through what was left on the shore, far away
